Warranty and conditions for returning goods

Warranty and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Please note that new electrical parts cannot be returned or guaranteed!

For used electrical parts, we provide the opportunity to “try on” and test, but in case of return we charge 20% of the cost of the part.

All used parts have visible and hidden marks, violation or damage of which eliminates the possibility of return and exchange.

Exchange and return of goods occurs at the expense of the recipient (shipment, transportation costs) within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the goods have not been used:

- safety and integrity of packaging is required;
- availability of a delivery note with the date of receipt of the goods;
- availability of a sales receipt;
- availability of all components;
- no traces of installation, abrasions, mechanical scratches or other damage;

The warranty for parts applies under the following conditions:

- availability of a sales receipt confirming the purchase;
- availability of an order - a work order for the installation of a spare part on a car, indicating the details of the car and the work performed necessary for installing the corresponding spare part;
- conclusion about the inoperability of the part (complaint report);
- availability of documents confirming payment for work performed at the service station;

We do not compensate for costs associated with installation, fastening, assembly or dismantling of spare parts!
